[Property and Use]: This product is nontoxic, odorless, tasteless with the advantages of good electric conductivity and thermal conductivity, rust prevention, wear resistance, strong adhesion ability etc. It can improve the quality of coating and prevent the zinc mist produced in welding and cutting, thus improving the working environments. This product has been on the market for many years, capable of partly replacing (about 20%-25%) zinc power, widely applied as electric conductivity paint and corrosion-preventing zinc-rich paint, being a ideal new-generation product of low price (30%-40% lower than that of zinc powder).
[Recommended use]: It can be applied to zinc-rich coating for replenishing zinc, electric welding in the manufacture of motorcar and other machines; additives in the manufacture of various products.
[Practical Uses]:
(1)Coating: As a partial substitute of zinc powder (25% calculated as weight).
(2)Weldable coating: It enable single layer or multi-layer coating to have the weldable performance, applicable to the painting of coating, binding agent, sealing agent etc.
(3)Conducting Coating: Making the coating have electric-conducting and heat-conducting performances.
(4)Shielding layer against electromagnetic interference as a partial replacement of nickel pigment or copper pigment shielding layer (25% calculated as weight).
(5)Capable of lowering sintering temperature and promoting press-forming efficiency and increase the wet strength of non-sintering powder.
